This is a two day in person training course based at my training academy in Manchester 

Bring a model to work on or your own nails - must come with bare nails

Who is this course for? 
This course is for anyone wanting to become qualified in builder gel & gel polish and professionally learn how to do nails and start a business, this course if for complete beginners with no prior experience, training or qualifications.

What qualifications will you get? 
This course is fully accredited meaning it has been approved by the Beauty industry Approval, meaning it is a recognised qualification to insurance and professional businesses. You’ll gain a level 3 builder gel & gel polish certification after completing. 

How your training course works? 

When purchasing thhe course please select the suitable dates that work best for you and your model if you are bringing one. 

You will be emailed with all the information you need about your training day, you will also be sent a link and an email on how to start your at home online pre training day learning, this is to prepare you for your training days. Training days will be taught on a 1-1 or 2-1 basis. If you are bringing a model they will be needed for day 1 and 2 all day. 

At day 1 of your training day we will cover: 

Introduction to the course and myself 

Theory work- nail & skin anatomy, hygiene & disinfecting tools, health & safety, contraindications, allergies to gel products, uv lamps and curing gel, kit information 

We will then get started with some practical training working on practice training hands and fingers to get a good understanding of the products and techniques 

Day 1 is all about practice and getting the basics right and feeling comfortable! I will talk you through all the important theory work you need to understand how to work with the skin and nails, we will go over anatomy, hygiene, contraindications, allergies and more. We will then begin to practice our prep, base coat applications, builder gel application and gel polish. We will look at how infilling builder gel works and how to remove it. As well as practicing some french tips. This is to prepare you for day 2 where we will complete a full set on either your own nails or your models nails. 

Day 2 we will cover: 

Day 2 we will be covering all our practical work! The fun part! 

We will be doing all our practical work on your models nails or on your own nails. We will do: 

Natural nail prep, base coat applications, builder gel application, gel polish application, infills, soak offs, french tips

We will finish the day by going over your next steps after the course and give you a step by step guide on how to start your business as a nail tech, we will look at where are you going to work from, social media, price lists and how to start getting clients and models! 

You will leave our 2 day training feeling excited and confident to start your nail business! 

Both days will run 9am-5pm both with a lunch break 

What will you learn? 
You will learn everything needed to start a nail business and become a professional nail tech offering builder gel nail services and gel nail services. We will cover all the important theory work and all the practical aspects of doing the nails you need, we will also cover lots about products. This course also includes lots about how to actually start a business doing nails not just how to do them. Social media, building a client base, price lists and policy making and so much more! Your assessment will be done trough the training day and you will also be asked to complete some case study's and questions.
